April Update
Unfortunately I had a miscarriage after only 6 weeks. It was a little sad since we were getting in the mind set that we were going to have a kid and be parents and that was exciting! It was a little wierd when we realized that was no longer going to happen right now. There is definately good that came out of it though. Jeff & I realized that we do want kids! It was such a fun & exciting feeling that we realized it's now something we're hoping will happen in the future :)
I started a new job this week. It was not planned at all, I was not looking for a new job and was totally content with where I was but Laura called me up and now I'm working for the Teamsters Union in downtown LA.
We are moved into Apartment 12! I can't believe it! We made some major changes (as major as you can in an apartment) and I think Desirae may not recognize the place! Somehow we ended up with a burnt orange living room and a yellow kitchen!

Hook 'em horns! We think Stephen will be happy with the new colors representing a couple of his favorite college teams! Wow, the place does look different than what we're used to, but we like it. Dudes, that is so cool that you guys are excited to be parents. All I can say is, "Keep on tryin'". We were discussing how we can tell you and Jeff will be good parents because you are genuinely thoughtful & loving towards your nieces & nephews. That's a huge sign to us that you're ready. On top of that, the Lord has recently blessed you all with new jobs that you both like & a new apartment that will accommodate any future additions to the family! Those have gotta be signs with everything coming together at the same time! Thank you for all you do,

Feb, March, April, May '09 would be a GREAT time have a baby!
I'm so sorry for your loss. Just keep trying and it will happen for the two of you. You won't believe this but I'm 12 weeks pregnant and due in December. Jeff is still having a hard time with it but he should of been more careful if he really didn't want anymore. Congrats on the new job and glad to hear that things are going well. Keep in contact.
