I know a lot of people say not to take new babies out and about for the first few weeks but I couldn't handle that. We had to get out of the house. Every place we'd take her people would say, "how old is that baby!" and "did the doctor say it was okay to take her out?". I thought it was okay as long as she was covered up and I didn't let people touch her and mess with her. She hasn't gotten sick so far :)

i think people get too paranoid. we went to church when david was 6 days old.
