Lilly took her first roadtrip at 4 weeks to St. George Utah. We went for a relaxing trip to visit Lilly's GREAT-Grandparents. I was a little nervous but she was really good and slept during most of the drive.
We enjoyed some good Mexican Food with Grandma & Grandpa Bickmore.
Lilly had some of her first while we were visiting Grandma & Grandpa...She slept all the way through the night for the first time. She didn't wake up until 8 A.M.! SHe also held her bottle all by herself with both hands while we played a game of Aggrevation.
I learned on this trip that I'm very attached to my little girl. We were going to go out to eat one night with some friends of ours who were also visiting St. George. Grandma & Grandpa offered to watch Lilly so we could go enjoy a meal without worrying about the baby. Somehow, it didn't work out that way. All I did was worry about the baby. In fact, I couldn't do it...I missed the baby and felt so bad I had to go back to get her. It was kind of embarrassing that I didn't make it to dinner but our friends and grandparents were very nice about it.
When we got back to Grandparents house Grandpa John was holding the baby and he said, "Oh good, just in time. I think she just messed her pants".
Thank you for everything Grandma & Grandpa! We love hanging out in St. George!

I wish we could've gone on that trip! It is so much fun having Lilly over almost everyday! The boys love her so much :)
grandma and grandpa are truly great aren't they?? i miss st. george and that wonderful house of theirs! and of course them!
